要這麼謹慎規劃行程表的原因是因為醫生說我們人體的生理時鐘只能小幅調整。


The need for such carefully planned schedules is that doctors say our body’s internal clocks can only adjust in small steps.


此研究的結果,時差公雞協助人們在幾天的時間適應新的時區──是個據說會讓你感覺好很多的過程。


As a result of such findings, Jet Lag Rooster encourages people to adjust to new time zones over several days – a process which it claims will leave you feeling much better.
